Welcome!
Life is about living, loving, learning and of course laughter. Living life on life’s terms has much to do about our attitude toward our life. Do we choose a positive attitude or invite misery? Do we choose change or stay in our old comfort zones even if they are unhealthy for us? What thoughts do we hold and keep our attention on? Yes, we have the choice at any moment to make changes in our life if it’s not working for us.
Our life is all about change and choice. Within each of us is the ability to create and live the life intended for us. We only need make the changes and choices that are truthful, honest and right for our own life. It is my hope to offer new ways to accept changes in your life; from the not so difficult to the huge and very challenging ones. As we learn to accept changes that come about and learn new skills to walk through change, we have the opportunity to create and live a life of love, peace, serenity and happiness.

To know you Kathi is to Love you!!! You are a great inspiration to me in so many ways. I’m so grateful that we are sharing this “journey of Life” and so grateful for your help in understanding that Life inevitably has a dark-side — Life is the light that casts the shadow — and that it is through the experience of (both) that we gain the wisdom to truly know God/Spirit.
Your Love, and the Light shining through your website, does wonders to help one another see that by accepting rather than struggling with one’s shadow, we become free to choose a new perspective through which we create a new experience.
Experiencing the Love you share confirms the Love within me, as the ONE LIFE, that WE ARE, and IS GOD.

Its like I told you, the way you achieved your life has inspired me in mine. You make me want to strive to have better than I have had, and because of this, I did. He treats me better than I have ever found…and he’s a strong follower of Christ.
Life will go on, people will change, but in the end know that YOU helped your niece in more ways than words can ever begin to say. I love you with all my heart Aunt Kathi and Im very very very proud of you for doing what needed to be done in your life to give you the happiness you are enjoying now.
